Jun 11, 2006 The Saturn does not and has never played Sega CD games. It would have been impossible at that time to emulate the combination of hardware that a Genesis and a Sega CD unit had. Genesis cartridge compatibility was considered but rejected, they kept the cartridge slot for memory cards. Dec 25, 2008 Sega CD games need to be in full ISOs with music contained inside of them (Gens on Windows can run ISO with mp3 music files). But wow, I've been waiting for this. Oh, and luckily today I was actually searching for a Sega CD and 32X emulator for OS X, and luckily I ran across this! Thanks a lot for posting this!
